Steak Barbecue at the Bremerton Yacht Club

As reported in the last newsletter the last meeting was a Steak Barbecue at the Bremerton Yacht Club on September 17, 2005. Overnight guest moorage was available. Four boats Flamingo, Sea Star, Tabu and Paramour made the cruise. An afternoon outside informal barbecue in the picnic area was packed up and moved inside the clubhouse when a big black cloud appeared overhead. Judi Moore stayed outside and finished cooking the steaks. The Club furnished the steaks with barbecue sauce, baked potatoes with sour cream, coffee, plates, cups, and plastic ware. The 28-attending members brought salads, deserts, beverages and horderves. Um Yummy. The door prize was a copy the Waggoner Cruising Guide.
