In 1934, ED Monk designed and built "NAN", a 50' bridge deck yacht for his personal use. The M/V "NAN" was built as a liveaboard for his family and as an office to begin his famous career. During the last several years she has undergone a complete classic restoration. The hull has been refastened, all plumbing and wiring replaced, fuel water and holding tanks are new, a rebuilt 120 Lehman engine was installed in 2001, a Spectra watermaker #2003 are a few of the various upgrades. Length O/A 50' Beam 13' 4" Draft 3' 6" Fuel 252 Gallons Water 200 Gallons. The New owners of Nan are Dororthy Bird and Zorba Wambleska. They home port the boat in La Conner, WA. This is a beautiful classic yacht and the club is pleased to have "Nan" and her owners in the the club.
